0000148: player_loadsaved should actually reload the current map
the player_loadsaved entity should actually reload the current map when receiving the "reload" input instead of doing nothing like it does now.

That entity probably depents on sv_autosave or onto the save restore system that's in singleplayer... might have been overwritten at some point.
