0000003: Unable to use the merchants when recording using Source Recorder.

Description

That's basically it, I was in diving_v2 when it happened to me several times. Well, all the times when recording. When I would stop recording I could buy things again. Made it pretty obvious that recording was the problem. Also happened in diving_v1.

tl;dr
You can't buy things from any merchant when you are recording with Source Recorder until you stop that.

Steps To Reproduce

1: "record test" in console
2: Go to a merchant and try it out.
3: ????
4: Fail!
