Summary0000126: Point_vehiclespawn options to let player-spawned vehicles spawn with specified keyvalues
DescriptionFor example so player-spawned airboats always spawn with the gun enabled (by letting them spawn with the "EnableGun 1" keyvalue). So we don't have to resort to weird ways like using timers to globally send the new keyvalues to all vehicles every few seconds which causes a few problems.
