Summary0000141: Can't unscope while reloading
DescriptionIf you're scoped and you reload, you can't get out of the scope until reloading is finished.
Steps To Reproduce1. Press MOUSE2 with a weapon with a scope
2. Shoot all of your bullets out
3. Reload and try to get out of the scope

 Already resolved in both the current server hotfix and the next version of OC. However, listen servers (i.e. those started with the 'Create Server' option in the game) will continue to be susceptible to this issue.
